Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Enrolment records are retained for up to 5 years in order to respond to participant queries and to meet any applicable legal requirements. Technical analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
