1. Definitions

• "Lanna Capital" / "We" / "Us" — the education provider operating at 34 Nimmanhaemin Road, Suthep, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand.
• "Service" — any financial education programme, session, or associated material provided by Lanna Capital.
• "Participant" / "You" — any individual who enrols in, enquires about, or attends a Lanna Capital programme.
• "Content" — all written, printed, and spoken material forming part of a programme.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions as accepted by the Participant.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enrolment enquiry, completing registration, or attending a session, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Our programmes are intended for adults aged 18 or above. You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under Thai law.

3. Service Description

Lanna Capital provides structured financial education programmes for adults, delivered in small groups at our Chiang Mai office. Programmes are educational in nature. We do not provide regulated financial advice, portfolio management, or investment recommendations. Nothing presented in our programmes constitutes advice on any specific investment product or security.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment is confirmed when Lanna Capital sends written confirmation and the course fee has been paid in full. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment if a programme is full or if we determine in good faith that the programme is not suited to the applicant's circumstances. If we decline an enrolment after payment, the full fee will be refunded.

5. Fees and Payment

• All fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all materials and sessions within the programme.
• Payment is due prior to the commencement of the programme unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept bank transfer. Details are provided upon enrolment confirmation.
• Fees are non-transferable to another person without prior written agreement.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations notified more than 14 days before a programme begins: full refund, less a 500 THB administrative charge.
• Cancellations notified 7–14 days before commencement: 50% refund.
• Cancellations notified fewer than 7 days before commencement: no refund, but the fee may be transferred to a future cohort of the same programme at our discretion.
• If Lanna Capital cancels a programme due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

7. Participant Conduct

We ask that participants engage with programmes in good faith, respect the confidentiality of other participants' personal discussions, and attend sessions with the intention to learn. Lanna Capital reserves the right to ask a participant to withdraw from a programme if their conduct materially disrupts other participants, in which case a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including printed documents, worksheets, and presentation content — are the intellectual property of Lanna Capital. Participants may use materials for their own personal reference. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials is not permitted without written consent.

Personal worksheets and documents completed by participants during a programme belong to the participant and will not be retained or reproduced by Lanna Capital without consent.

9. Disclaimers

Lanna Capital provides financial education, not regulated financial advice. Programme content reflects publicly available information about Thai financial products and structures at the time of delivery. We make no representation about the accuracy of forward-looking scenarios or future market conditions. Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Programme outcomes depend on individual engagement and circumstances. We make no representations about specific financial results that may or may not follow from attendance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Lanna Capital's liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount of the programme fee paid. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from participation in or reliance on our programmes. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Privacy

Personal data collected through enrolment and participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to resolve the matter informally through direct communication. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email prior to taking effect. Continued enrolment or participation after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
